Caroline is a Registered Nurse focused on quality assurance within the home health and senior care sectors. She currently serves as a Nurse Surveyor for The Joint Commission, bringing deep expertise in IHSS assessment, care plan development, and agency administration.

Over her career, she has directed clinical operations for prominent organizations including Senior Lifestyle Corporation and Seasons Hospice, where she led teams, improved quality standards, and ensured rigorous adherence to state and federal regulations. With advanced degrees in Gerontology and Health Services Management, Caroline combines clinical nursing excellence with strategic leadership to drive organizational growth and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the communities she serves.

Jennifer is a licensed Registered Nurse with over a decade of diverse clinical experience. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Aims Community College in 2013, and her background spans home health care, substance abuse recovery, and hospital float pools, where she developed expertise in medication management, clinical assessment, staff supervision, and patient care coordination.

Recognized consistently for her compassionate service and quality of care, Jennifer has earned multiple accolades including the Guardian Angel award, numerous Daisy Award nominations, and recognition as a nurse of the month. Her core nursing skills include wound care, intravenous therapy, and catheter management, and she currently provides skilled nursing services in a home care setting.
